You’ll need to provide personal information, employment details, income verification, and rental history. A background and credit check are typically required, with processing taking 1-3 business days.

Applicants generally need a credit score of 600 or higher, proof of income (2.5-3 times the monthly rent), and a clean rental history with no prior evictions. If requirements aren’t met, a co-signer or higher security deposit may be considered, subject to approval.

Inclusions vary by property. Rent may cover utilities (e.g., water, trash), parking, or specific amenities. Details are specified in the lease agreement, so please review or contact us at rentals@rentalconnect.com for clarification.

The security deposit is typically 1-2 months’ rent, refundable within 14-30 days after move-out, provided the property is left in good condition (beyond normal wear and tear) and all rent is paid.
